At Southwest Airlines (LUV), employees can submit ideas to an internal website called Idea Runway. The goal of the site is to help the Dallas-based airline identify and implement ideas to generate revenue, reduce operating costs, and enhance the customer experience. The company decided to use Spigit for this site because the software helps the airline measure and analyze ideas submitted by employees and work out how best to implement those ideas for a quick return on investment.
